Return Policy
If by any chance the item you’ve received is faulty and/or not as advertised, please reach out to us here and send us some photos illustrating the issue. We’ll analyze the incident and once the fault is confirmed, we’ll send you a replacement. There’s no need for you to return the faulty item to us.
Return Window
Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days from the date your package is delivered.
Who is responsible for Return Label?
Susupk will provide a pre-paid label for anything that was damaged, misprinted, or defective
Process Returns
Once we receive the return, please allow 6-10 business days and allow 3-5 business days to receive your refund once it is processed. We cannot accept customer returns or exchanges if any product has been washed, worn, or is over 30 days old.
Exchange Policy
Because each product is made to order based on the specifications customers select, we do not hold any stock. Therefore, we aren’t able to offer exchanges or accept returns under normal circumstances.
However, if there are any production flaws or the item is faulty, we kindly ask you to contact us here and send us:
- A close-up photo of the label.
- A photo of the item you’ve received upon a flat surface, with a measuring tool across the chest.
We will then compare the measurements with the ones in our size guide and, in case of a mismatch, we will send you a replacement with the right size. There’s no need for you to return the faulty item.
Exchange Window
Exchanges must be returned to us within 30 days from the date you received the package.
Exchange Process
In order to exchange, please send an email to [email protected] stating your reason for the exchange including the new request for sizes and colors. The exchange must be for the same design.
Package Includes
Included packing slip with all exchanges. Please state the size you need with any notes you would like to add.
Exchange Guidelines
We cannot accept customer returns or exchanges if any product has been washed, worn, or is over 30 days old. Once we receive your exchange, any product that has a handling time of 1-2 days will take 3-5 business days to reship. Any product that has a handling time of 4-7 days can take up to 6-10 business days to reship.
